Swedish Registration of influenza

When influenza A (H1N1) pdm09 broke out in 2009, one of the biggest social threats was the lack of intensive care sites. To be ready for future influenza outbreaks, the Swedish Intensive Care Registry and the then Swedish Institute for Infectious Disease Control (current Public Health Agency of Sweden) started the project SIRI. It helps hospitals to put in the right resources on time.
