During the ongoing pandemic, The Swedish Intensive Care Registry has received a large number of applications for data extraction from operations, authorities and researchers.
Our organization has not been designed for operations to this extent and now waiting times in case management have increased significantly. Based on the quality register's mandate, we have to set priorities in the Rules of Procedure.
The improvement work of the member departments, other projects related to intensive care and the authorities' need for intensive care data will now take precedence. Data sockets for other purposes will have to stand back until we catch up.
The Swedish Intensive Care Registry works continuously with the application process and wishes applicants to relate to waiting times.
