SIR is working together with the National Board of Health and Welfare to jointly bring about the conditions for a complete monitoring of Deaths in ICU nationwide, irrespective of whether or not you are a member of SIR.

A new guideline for the follow-up of the deseased during intensive care at ICU, which applies from 01/01/2020 is published under guidelines.

The intention is partly to be able to follow the new national quality indicators that are used to quality assure organ donations at the healthcare provider and to cover the new regulation SFS 2018: 307.
