Post ICU – follow up monitoring
Guideline for registration of PostIVA follow-up. Valid for all patients discharged from 2016-01-01. The post-intensive care follow-up guideline has been revised before 2016. Secondly, the SF-36 is replaced by RAND-36, index-wise opportunity and the runtime is removed and recommended actions are added. There is a brand new web form for printed 2016-01-01 where index and karens are deleted and where RAND-36 and the new actions are added.(Only in Swedish)
