New guideline in SIR
On November 1, 2022, a new guideline Pain, Sedation and Delirium will come into effect which will allow for the recording of variables that measure nursing care. The variables are part of a "package" which means you cannot choose to record only one variable, all three must be recorded. The set-up is renewed which means recording the measure on all three variables and evaluation on pain.
